Official Programme

Ten finalist teams from each track (= 20 finalists in Monaco) will present their entries to the jury, the press, and WIMA conference attendees on Tuesday afternoon, 29th April from 12:00 to 18:00.

At least one person from your team must be present in Monaco in order for your entry to continue in the competition and be considered for one of the three awards in your track.

A high level jury chooses six winners from the 20 finalists; three from each track. If your entry is selected as one of the winners, you must give a five-minute presentation at the Awards Ceremony later that day.

Jury decides on 1st, 2nd, 3rd place winners in each track
18:30-19:30 Cocktail buffet and reception
19:30-21:00 Awards Ceremony
The three winners from each track will give five-minute presentations. (Presentation from WIMA laptop with slides and movies already installed. All presentations must be submitted to Florian Resatsch or Daniel Michelis on an USB-stick)

Based on the jury decision, all awards will be announced by Gerhard Romen (NFC Forum Vice-Chair) around 20:30. The event finishes at 21:00. There will then be a press conference for the winners and judges.
