Track A: COMMERCIAL The most ambitious and successful commercial service

Track B: RESEARCH The most innovative and creative new service
Most innovative new service developed by university individuals or teams

- Creativity,

- business potential of the proposed solution
Instructions
- The deadline for receiving proposals is the
15th29th of February 2008 at noon CET. Submit final proposals to the Organizing Committee (submissions@nfc-competition.com). - A review committee of industry and academic experts will evaluate all submissions. By the 17th of March, 10 finalists from Track A and 10 finalists from Track B will be selected for the finals by the competition Committee and the review committee.
- Each finalist team must deliver a 10-minute presentation and live demonstration on the 29th of April 2008 at the WIMA Conference. Presentations are limited to 10 minutes and may include three slides or a video of up to 3 minutes.
- Finalists will also be invited to demonstrate their nominated solution to the business community as part of the NFC Developer exhibition on April 29th. (Team members will have unlimited access to the WIMA Exhibition Floor. Up to three members of each finalist team will be invited guests at the Awards Ceremony and Cocktail Reception. Additional team members may attend for a fee.)
- The winners will be selected in Monaco by Jury members, which include professionals and experts from the companies sponsoring the competition.
Entry Fees
- Track A – Commercial $150 USD
- Track B – Research $50 USD
Payment is due upon submission! Entries submitted without the entry fee will not be considered.
